Dear participant,

Welcome to your Spring Clean Detox.

This Ayurvedic detox will guide and support you in your journey going from more stagnant, introvert Winter energy to flow, fluidity and movement that is so characteristic for the energy of Spring.

In this programme we’ll cook and eat according to the Ayurvedic principles to cleanse our digestive system from toxins.
We use yoga to literally set our bodies in motion and through Pranayama and Kriya exercises we allow our breath to help us in our detoxification proces.

Each day of this detox has its own theme, connecting to a different facet of Spring energy:
awakening, flow, release, fertility and grow.
During the first two days of the detox, we build up to the ‘official’ detox day (day 3). The last two days we build down again.
